STEM Enrichment Workshop Series

Our flagship workshop series brings hands-on science, technology, engineering, and math experiences to students across Prince George's County. Each session is designed to spark curiosity, build foundational skills, and show students that STEM is for everyone — regardless of background or prior experience.

Cybersecurity Career Track

Grades 9–12 and college freshmen/sophomores

An intensive, career-focused cybersecurity curriculum that takes students from zero to job-ready. Participants learn network security fundamentals, ethical hacking, digital forensics, and incident response — skills that translate directly to CompTIA certifications and entry-level cybersecurity roles.

Summer Code Camp

Computer ScienceIn-Person2-week intensive, offered each summer

A two-week immersive coding experience for middle schoolers that introduces programming through game development, web design, and app building. Students leave with a portfolio of projects, new friendships, and the confidence to keep coding.

  • Learn Python, Scratch, and web fundamentals
  • Build and present a final project to family and mentors
  • Small cohorts of 15–20 students for personalized attention

Girls in STEM Initiative

A dedicated initiative to close the gender gap in STEM by creating a supportive community for girls in Prince George's County. Through workshops, career panels, and mentorship from women in STEM, participants build skills, confidence, and a network that lasts a lifetime.
